Northern Lights Snowmobile Club Meeting

2021 Long Lake 4th of July Boat Parade

2021 Long Lake 4th of July Boat Parade

The residents of Long Lake are once again going to celebrate Independence Day on Long Lake after the success of last years boat parade!

The boat parade will begin at the channel to Planting Ground on the South side of the lake at 2:00 PM on July 4, 2020. The parade will go in a counter clockwise rotation around that lake (west side along Green Bass and Van Bussum Rd) and will travel to the channel to the Dam. (Boats can elect to complete the lake loop if they wish).

We would love for you and your families to come and watch us celebrate the birth of our country and cheer us on. Some boats may be giving out candy. If they are giving out candy, they will swing into your dock and hand or lightly toss the candy to you to avoid trash getting in the lake. (We will post some clever ideas about this as we get closer)

RAIN DATE: If rained out we will not reschedule
