Cross Country Ski Trails
The Three Eagle Trail The Three Eagle Ski Trail begins on Highway 32/45 from a designated parking area about 3 miles north of the Three Lakes business district. Parking is available here as well as at the Sundstein Road end of the trail. The trail is groomed and includes a classic track as well as a "skate" lane. Nicolet National Forest Ski Trails • Anvil Trail – One of the most popular cross country ski trails in the area, groomed for classic skiing and some for skating. The terrain varies from fairly flat to gently rolling with some hilly sections. Trails are marked for degree of difficulty. This trail connects with the Nicolet North Trail system.

• Nicolet North Trail – A favorite for cross country skiers, hikers and mountain bikers. 42 Kilometers are groomed and tracked for both classic and skate skiing. This trail is connected to the Anvil Trail and the Hidden Lakes Trail.
